Dacolt exhibited at the Open Source CFD conference 2009, November 12th and 13th in Barcelona, Spain.

The OSCFD conference is an annual event organised by ICON as a platform for discussion on all aspects of open source CFD.

The keynote presentations included a comprehensive overview of the use of open source CFD in the aerodynamics virtual design process at Audi.

In the field of combustion it seems that open source CFD has not been adopted very widely as of yet, but interesting developments were presented in the field of coal combustion for example.
