CFD Engineer

Dacolt is currently looking to strengthen its team with a CFD Engineer.

The CFD Engineer contributes to the realisation of CFD Consultancy projects. The position encompasses hands-on CFD consultancy work, involving project preparation, execution, monitoring and evaluation. The CFD Engineer also contributes to R&D projects related to turbulent combustion model development. This involves model validation studies, supervision of student internship work and, possibly, contributions to software developments.

Dacolt is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented person with a Masters degree in engineering, applied mathematics or physics. Key skills should include good knowledge of CFD and combustion fundamentals, relevant experience with Ansys Fluent and basic skills in programming. Experience with Ansa and/or OpenFOAM is appreciated, as well as mastering of the Dutch language. Candidates from outside the EU must have a valid working permit for the Netherlands.
